What You'll Do

As a Health Care Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents:

  • Deliver personalized, respectful care in a home-like setting.
  • Assist with all aspects of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support mealtimes by serving, feeding, and assisting with nutrition.
  • Respond to call bells and assist coworkers when needed.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Promote safety and well-being for all residents and team members.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and uphold confidentiality standards.

What You Bring

  • Health Care Aide (HCA) - active registration with CLHA and in good standing.
  • Current CPR/BCLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to person-centered care and compassionate service.
  • Critical thinking skills and a positive, professional attitude.
