Title: Shop Welder & Assembler (TIG & MIG Welder)

Work Schedule

· Shift: Monday–Friday

· Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Experience & Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on TIG & MIG welding experience

· Experience working as a Shop Welder & Assembler

· Able to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints

· Fluent English communication skills

· Strong fabrication, fitting, and assembly experience

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

· Reliable with a stable work history

Primary Responsibilities

· Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel and metal components

· Assemble fabricated parts according to engineering drawings

· Read and interpret blueprints and work orders

· Ensure weld quality meets company standards

· Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality

· Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
