Role overview

Technician needed to join our team at Kirkham Automotive! This is a full-time position. We are only looking at Applicants who are already a fully licensed Red Seal Journeyman/woman.

About our shop:

We are a fully licensed Out of Province and AMVIC certified repair shop in S.W. Calgary.

Responsibilities:

Perform automotive inspections using a DVVI
Routine Maintenance, repairs and related tasks (on all makes and models)
Vehicle diagnostic testing (computerized & manual)
Must be resourceful, organized and punctual
Ability to take direction and complete jobs as assigned

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in the automotive trade
Must hold a current, valid drivers license
Technician must have their own tools/toolbox
Out Of Province certification considered an asset

Working Conditions:

Monday - Friday (no weekends or statutory holidays)
8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
