INVENTORY & VEHICLE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Inventory & Vehicle Operations Coordinator to support our inventory and operations team. This is a dynamic role that combines office administration, vehicle coordination, and inventory management in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

Complete inspections on newly acquired trade-in and purchased vehicles
Coordinate service and repair appointments for incoming inventory
Work closely with staff to ensure vehicles are prepared and posted online quickly
Organize and dispatch drivers for vehicle transfers between dealership locations
Assist with weekly vehicle inventory and lot audits
Support wholesale vehicle transactions and documentation
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
Perform other duties as required to support dealership operations

Note: This role includes outdoor work in all weather conditions.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
1–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, or coordination role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Comfortable using computers and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace

Assets (Nice to Have)

Automotive or dealership experience
Vehicle inventory management experience
Photography skills and experience producing vehicle photos
