Marketing Manager

Human Integrity HR, is a specialist recruiter focused on Diagnostic Imaging. They're looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, earning CAD$60,000 to CAD$80,000+. In this role, you'll own the full marketing function—from strategy and campaign planning through to execution and performance analysis. You'll manage everything from ad spend and social media to broader brand initiatives, all with the goal of helping people find meaningful work in healthcare and related industries.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness and candidate engagement across diagnostic imaging recruitment
• Manage paid advertising, social media campaigns, and digital channels with accountability for ROI and performance metrics
• CAD$60,000 to CAD$80,000, permanent role with scope to shape the marketing direction of a growing specialist recruiter

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution, with a track record of delivering measurable results
• Hands-on expertise managing paid advertising campaigns and social media channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report on, and optimise campaign performance
• Experience in recruitment marketing, healthcare marketing, or B2B sectors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Professional certification in digital marketing or advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems
