The Opportunity
Power the Work Behind the ProjectsYou’re organized, proactive, and driven to make a difference behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of operational efficiency—supporting project teams, coordinating essential activities, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly in our Whitby office. Your work will directly contribute to impactful engineering and infrastructure projects shaping communities across Ontario.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate and manage administrative operations to support project teams and office leadership
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and client deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support onboarding activities and team coordination within the office
  • Assist with expense tracking, invoicing support, and general financial administration tasks
  • Act as a key point of contact for office inquiries, ensuring a professional and responsive experience
  • Contribute to a collaborative, efficient, and positive workplace environment

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a strong team-oriented mindset

Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $25.90 - $34.30
MB & ON: $23.60 - $32.50
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $23.40 - $31.00 Disclosure:
