What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Sales and Support Representative, you'll connect with individuals who have requested information about their available benefit options. Through scheduled virtual appointments, you'll educate clients, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process while providing exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Understand each client's needs and recommend suitable benefit options
• Clearly explain products, services, and available coverage
• Support clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Build positive relationships through professional customer service
• Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching sessions
