Role overview

My client, a Canadian meat manufacturer, is seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to help grow the brand. This role will have 4 direct reports and oversee integrated marketing, product positioning, category insights, and campaign execution across the retail channel.

You will partner closely with Sales and other departments to strengthen my client’s brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate portfolio performance.

Ideal candidates bring CPG experience, strong analytical capability, and a track record of delivering results. This search targets leaders ready to elevate a legacy brand in a competitive, fast‑moving category.

Base salary range is between $100k-$115k, 15% bonus program, RSP matching, full benefits, and 3 weeks vacation.
