Classification/Salary:Excluded Band 4: $102,737 - $128,421 annually

About the opportunity:As the Manager, Funding Accountability and Reporting at CLBC, you are responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with CLBC's funding ministry, the Ministry of Social Development & Poverty Reduction, in matters of funding, reporting and accountability. This is achieved by providing expertise to all program areas in the development of program proposals and by leading the analysis of policies and development of Treasury Board submissions and business briefing notes to the Ministry. You will collaborate with the Ministry to develop the accountability framework and oversee the reporting of budgets and forecasts, as well as the verification of program financial data and information, in accordance with that accountability framework.
You will lead budget and financial accountability projects, provide advice to support the development of programs throughout CLBC, and provide informed options and advice on the management of program budgets and other operational matters. You will also identify program information requirements to conduct analyses and develop reports on the progress/status of budget initiatives to SDSI and the Treasury Board.
