Recruitment Consultant

Human Integrity HR is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a recruiter with a track record in agency recruitment to step into a leadership role, driving the business forward through strategic hiring and team development. Based on a salary of CAD$80,000 to CAD$100,000, this position offers the chance to make independent decisions, lead a team, and shape the direction of the organisation through strong execution and results.

• Lead recruitment strategy and execution across the agency, with the autonomy to make key decisions independently
• Build and mentor a recruitment team, setting the standard for performance and culture

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience working in agency recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results consistently
• Track record of leading or managing a recruitment team, with the confidence to make decisions independently
• Strong grasp of KPI tracking and the ability to use data to drive performance and strategy
• Hands-on experience with ATS software and the technical side of recruitment operations
• Focus on execution and delivery, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CIPHR, SHRM, or equivalent recruitment industry credential
• Experience in the healthcare sector, or demonstrated ability to recruit for regulated environments
