PRODUCE MANAGER

THE
ROLE

We are currently seeking a Produce Manager
passionate about great local food to join our team! The Produce Manager
leads a collaborative produce team with the main objective of driving the
store's overall success. This includes working with the Store Manager to ensure
business growth and success while leading produce operations and overall
business goals.

  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional shopping environment with

strong merchandising and in-stock standards, resolving customer concerns
effectively, and collaborating across department teams to increase engagement
and sales.

  • Financial Performance:Manage produce sales, gross margin, payroll, and

inventory controls, with the Store Manager and Produce Supervisors to identify growth
opportunities, reduce shrink, and maximize profitability.

  • Operational Excellence:Optimize operations through effective scheduling, inventory management, and consistent execution of procedures to

ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • People Leadership: Lead, develop, and hold team members accountable by

fostering a high-performance culture, supporting training and coaching, and
ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

WHAT
WE BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Compensation includes a base salary of

$62,000 to $70,000 (based on related experience) plus a performance bonus tied
to KPIs

WHAT
YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2+ years of management experience in a produce or grocery environment
  • Experience with margin management, inventory systems, ordering

processes, and loss prevention strategies

  • Familiarity with scheduling, team management, and

creating positive customer experiences

  • This is a fulltime position requiring flexibility to meet the needs of the business
