We're looking for 2–3 Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing residential sales team throughout the Durham Region.

Unlike many door-to-door companies, we offer a guaranteed hourly base wage ($18/hr) PLUS uncapped commissions and bonuses, so you'll earn a paycheck while building your sales career.

Our company has been designing, installing, and servicing telecommunications infrastructure throughout Ontario for over 20 years. As we continue to grow, we're expanding into residential direct sales and are looking for ambitious people who want to grow with us.

Whether you already have door-to-door experience or you're confident, hardworking, and willing to learn, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners throughout assigned neighbourhoods
• Introduce customers to telecommunications products and services
• Educate residents on current promotions and available packages
• Build relationships and generate new customer accounts
• Accurately record leads and completed sales
• Represent our company professionally in the community

What We're Looking For

• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willing to work outdoors and walk through residential neighbourhoods
• Previous door-to-door, outside sales, retail sales, or telecommunications experience is an asset—but not required
• Reliable transportation is an asset
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
