26-43 Leader of Enforcement
The Opportunity
Leads the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of operational practices supporting enforcement activities carried out under statutory authority, aligned with organizational and enforcement strategy.
Provides day-to-day supervision, guidance, and coaching to the enforcement team, including subject matter expertise in regulatory investigations, audits, and compliance and enforcement activities. Supports effective case management, delivery of strategic initiatives, and provides advisory support to Provincial Safety Manager, Enforcement.
This role requires direct experience working within a regulatory body; experience solely within a regulated industry is not sufficient.

Pay Grade: 19 ($98,500 - $147,800 annual base salary)
Location: Various Lower Mainland Locations (Hybrid work environment)
Reports to: Provincial Safety Manager, Enforcement
