Montreal Life Financial Group Ltd. is hiring motivated sales professionals who want to build a long-term career in financial services.

This is a remote sales role for someone who is disciplined, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with clients every day. You will be working with individuals, business owners, and high-income professionals across Canada to understand their financial situation and present suitable solutions in areas such as insurance, investments, estate planning, tax strategies, and financial protection.

Our firm works with major Canadian financial institutions, including RBC, Sun Life, Manulife, TD, Desjardins, and others.

We are looking for people who want to grow with an established company and build a serious career in finance.

What the role involves:

• Speaking with clients by phone or video
• Completing a needs analysis to understand the client’s financial situation
• Presenting suitable financial solutions
• Following up with prospects and clients
• Managing your own sales pipeline
• Making outbound calls when needed
• Closing applications and contracts
• Learning the financial services industry and licensing process

Appointments are provided by the company, but this is still a sales role. You must be comfortable making calls, following up, handling objections, and staying consistent.
