Job Type:Permanent, Full-Time

Compensation:$65,000 - $76,000 annually

Schedule:Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is currently hiring a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our clients located in Vaughan.

About the Role

Our client, a well-established insurance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager / CSR to join their growing team. This position is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys delivering exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and working within a fast-paced brokerage environment. This is a service-focused role with no direct sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of Personal Lines insurance clients
  • Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and client inquiries
  • Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Work with multiple insurance carriers and company portals
  • Accurately maintain client records and policy documentation
  • Review coverage options and provide appropriate recommendations based on client needs
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced brokerage environment

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Active RIBO License, or OTL License with willingness to obtain RIBO
  • Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
  • Previous experience working within an insurance brokerage environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

  • Experience using EPIC Broker Management System
  • Experience with Applied Rating
  • Familiarity with insurance company portals
  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • CAIB, CPIB, or CIP designation (or currently working toward one)
