JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking
individuals to join our production floor or logistics team on a seasonal /
contract basis. As a General Labour team member, you’ll be placed in one or
more of our production departments — Heat Transfer, Screen Printing,
Embroidery, or Logistics — based on operational needs and your skills. This is
a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail and a willingness to
pitch in are what matter most.This is a fixed term position beginning June/July 2026 to December 2026.Opportunity for contract extension or
permanent placement based on performance

Applicants must be based locally and able to commute to the Oakville/Mississauga border.

Rate of Pay:$18/hour

  • $19/hour. Based on experience.

Hours:

  • 1st Shift:

7:00 am - 3:00 pm

  • 2nd Shift:

3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Heat Transfer (HT)


Operate heat press machines to apply designs onto
garments


Load and unload garments accurately and at a
consistent pace


Perform quality checks to ensure transfers are
properly applied


Keep the workstation clean and organized

Screen Printing (SP)


Support set-up and breakdown of screen printing
presses


Feed garments onto and off of the press in sequence


Assist with ink mixing, screen preparation, and
clean-up


Inspect printed garments for quality and flag any
defects

Embroidery (EMB)


Load garments and hoops onto embroidery machines


Monitor machines during production runs and address
minor issues


Trim threads and perform quality inspection on
finished pieces


Maintain accurate production counts and communicate
with team leads

Logistics


Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for
shipment


Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory


Process outbound shipments using courier software


Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:


Reliable with a strong attendance record — we count
on our team


Able to stand for extended periods and perform
repetitive tasks


Comfortable working in a fast-paced production
environment


Detail-oriented and quality-focused


Able to follow instructions and work well within a
team


Previous experience in a production, manufacturing,
or warehouse environment is an asset


Experience with heat press, screen printing, or
embroidery equipment is a plus


Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
