Role overview

Job Summary:

The Project Manager III is responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables successfully.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Experience in the relevant industry sector.

Special Considerations:

  • May require occasional travel to client sites or project locations.
  • Must be available for urgent project issues outside of normal business hours if necessary.
  • Work environment may include remote and on-site collaboration.

Scheduling:

  • Standard full-time work schedule, typically Monday through Friday.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during critical project phases.
