Determine drivable vs. non-drivable status, inspect repairs for quality, and ensure final delivery meets client and insurer standards.
Maintain a closing ratio (batting average) of 80%+ on all estimates and follow up on unsold estimates.
Upload supplements, submit final bills for insurer approval within 48 hours post-delivery, and scan invoices into shop management systems. Justification documents applied to all files. Photo management required.
Stay accountable to daily goals, support gross profit achievement, manage workload efficiently, and escalate issues to management when needed.
