Paradigm Electronics is seeking a talented and motivated Logistics Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. The Logistics Administrator is a crucial role as you would be responsible for: preparing, routing and managing the day-to-day freight and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:· Handling domestic and international freight shipments and ensuring all requirements and documentations are within compliance.· Quoting and coordinating shipments of all modes of transport.· Reviewing and monitoring the value offering from our “3PL” partners and freight companies to ensure they stay globally competitive.· Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels of products.· Auditing freight invoices to ensure rates are accurate.· Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications / Requirements:· Completion of diploma or undergraduate degree in Business, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.· Proven work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar roles.· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word and able to quickly learn programs as needed.· Ability to analyze and present numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms.· Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.· Strong organizational and administrative skills.· Strong communication skills, verbal, and written.· Previous experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment is a plus.
