WHO WE ARE
We are a fast-growing US healthcare company in the dental space. 700+ dental practices across the United States and Canada send us their crowns, implants, dentures, and night guards, as digital scans or PVS impressions. Our growth engine is paid acquisition: dentists opt in to a free-trial offer, our SDRs get them to send a first case, and from that moment the practice belongs to an Account Manager.
Here is what 1,300 recorded account calls taught us: a practice that reaches 8 paid cases in its first 60 days stays with us for years. A practice that never gets there quietly disappears. The 60 days in between are the most valuable 60 days in the company, and this seat owns them.

WHY THIS SEAT
• You are not a customer service rep and you are not a cold caller. Every clinic in your book already chose us and already sent a case. Your job is to turn the first case into a habit.
• You own named accounts, start to finish. Roughly 60 to 80 new practices in your book at any time, each on a 60-day clock.
• The finish line is concrete: 8 paid cases inside 60 days. We call it graduating a clinic. You are paid per graduation, uncapped.
• The product holds up: about a 10-day average turnaround, a 2-year warranty, and remake numbers we will show you on day one. You are not defending a bad product.
• The tools are built. An Account Manager portal shows your whole book with day counters and case counts, GoHighLevel runs your calls and texts, and you get a written playbook from the person who ran this seat before you.

Our current Ramp-Up AM graduated 21 clinics in July. We are adding a seat next to him because lead flow is growing faster than one person can ramp

WHAT YOU WILL DO (THE WORK, EXACTLY)
• First touch within 24 hours of a clinic's first case: a text and a call. You introduce yourself as their account manager and book the welcome call.
• Welcome call: capture the doctor's preferences (contacts, occlusion, shade, who actually decides, best time to reach), set expectations, give them your cell.
• Delivery heads-up when a case ships, then a seat-check call two to five days after it lands: how did it seat, then the wedge: "what's on the schedule the next two weeks?"
• Get the next prep date on every call. A committed prep date (the doctor tells you the day a case gets prepped and sent) is the metric. "We'll send more soon" is not a commitment.
• Second case by day 10. Day-14 save call if there is still no prep date. Day-30 progress call. Day-45 lab review. Day-60 handoff to the Retention AM.
• Get the billing form signed early. Chase it politely and relentlessly.
• Expand what they send once trust is there: implant crowns, bridges, partials and dentures, night guards. You ask. Doctors do not volunteer.
• Route case problems to the care team with full context, then own the follow-up commitment to the clinic. You do not fix the crown. You make sure the clinic never wonders what happened.
• Log every conversation in GoHighLevel and the Account Manager portal: outcome, next step, date. Same day.
• End-of-day report daily, project your week on Monday, review your scorecard on Friday. Daily 15-minute team huddle and a weekly 1:1 with the co-founder.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
• No cold calling. No list building. No prospecting. Every clinic in your book already sent us a case.
• No collecting payment. A billing coordinator handles that.
• No production or shipping troubleshooting. The care team fixes cases. You own the communication.
• No dental degree required. You need the vocabulary (crown, margin, occlusion, shade, prep) and we teach it in week one.

MUST-HAVES
• You live in Canada. Any time zone, but the shift is 9am to 6pm US Eastern for everyone.
• Neutral, native-sounding English on the phone. You are calling US and Canadian dentists and their front desks all day. Non-negotiable.
• 2+ years on the phone in a seat with a number attached to your name: inside sales, warm-lead sales, account management, or customer success with an upsell or retention target.
• You can talk numbers without being asked: accounts carried, dials a day, retention or upsell rate, revenue per account.
• Comfortable at 40 to 50 dials a day. Front desks do not answer on the first try
• CRM hygiene as a religion. GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, Pipedrive: you have lived in one daily and you log calls without being asked.
• A closer's instinct in a service wrapper. You end every call with a specific next step and a date, and you are comfortable asking a doctor for the next case.
• Full-time and exclusive: 40 hours minimum, fixed shift, no other job and no freelance clients on the side. Non-negotiable.
• Quiet private workspace, reliable high-speed internet, USB headset, second monitor preferred.
• Coachable. Call reviews and script tweaks happen weekly. You take a hard "do this differently" and run with it.

STRONG BONUSES
• Dental industry background: dental supply or equipment inside sales (Henry Schein, Patterson, Benco, Sinclair style), a lab territory rep, or a dental office manager or treatment coordinator who moved into a sales seat.
• You have carried a book of business with a retention or expansion KPI and can tell us the number.
• You came up through a known sales training org (Cole Gordon, Andy Elliott, Jeremy Miner / 7th Level, Cardone). We do not care which one.
• You already know GoHighLevel, Airtable, Slack, Discord, and Loom.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
• You want to answer tickets. This seat calls out 40 to 50 times a day and asks for the next case every time. • People on the phone ask you to repeat yourself more than once a call.
• You hate logging calls in a CRM.
• "I'll have someone reach out to you" is a sentence you say. Nobody on your accounts reaches out but you.
• You want guaranteed money with zero performance pressure.
• You plan to keep another job, a side hustle, or freelance clients. This is a structured, sit-in-your-seat, full-time role.

COMPENSATION
A monthly base plus an uncapped bonus for every clinic in your book that reaches 8 paid cases inside 60 days, with a bigger bonus when it happens by day 30.

Trial cases do not count.

OTE
$4,000 to $5,500 USD per month. The exact base and bonus schedule is shared with finalists on the co-founder call. Paid biweekly in USD. Independent contractor agreement with a 60-day trial period.

If you have ever owned a book of accounts, your recording will sound like it. Show, don't tell.
