Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, manufacturing planning, or operations.
- Experience with NPI processes and board/electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive NPI project plans for board manufacturing, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Serve as primary liaison to Contract Manufacturing team.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Track and report on NPI program status, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Develop build plans and production schedules in collaboration with Business Unit planning and Contract Manufacturing planning teams.
- Monitor and track key manufacturing metrics including yield, cycle time, and quality performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as primary Business Unit point of contact for NPI planning activities.
- Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to program leadership.
- Coordinate with suppliers and Contract Manufacturers on NPI schedule requirements.
- Facilitate communication between global teams across different time zones.
- Create and maintain reports to track NPI progress and KPIs.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve NPI processes and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of NPI activities and lessons learned.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of PCB/board manufacturing processes and technologies.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Data analysis and visualization skills.
