Role overview
RESPONSIBILITIES- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
· Coordinate daily office operations to ensure a safe, organized, and productive workplace.
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
· Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related needs.
· Support onboarding activities for new employees and visitors.
Event Planning & Employee Engagement
· Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives Including Founders’ Week
· Coordinate logistics including catering, materials required, and attendee management
· Support company-wide programs, town halls, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Financial & Administrative Support
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office and departmental activities. Provide support to Finance through liquor board program support, cheque deposits, etc.
Communications & Employee Experience
· Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
· Assist with company announcements, office updates, and employee programs.
· Help foster a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
· Respond to employee requests in a professional and timely manner.
· Health and safety representative responsible for ensuring the safe evacuation of all employees during a fire, or drills. Ensure all employees are trained on proper fire evacuation procedures and protocols. Represent Bacardi at the landlord’s fire safety debriefs and trainings.
· Other ad hoc duties and support of Leadership team members and projects as required
This is a replacement vacancy with an expected hiring salary range of $50-$60K depending on level of experience. This is a hybrid work arrangement.
SKILLS -THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
· Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination role preferred.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
