Meaningful work. Lasting impact. At McMan Calgary & Area, connection is at the centre of everything we do. Each year, we support more than 5,000 children, youth, adults and families facing complex challenges, including mental health concerns, addiction, homelessness, poverty and disability. Our work helps people rebuild and strengthen connections to self, peers, family, community, culture and the land. Belonging, identity and wellbeing grow through relationships because people need people. Professional support is there for a season or a reason, not a lifetime. We create the conditions; people build the lives they want for themselves. Working alongside partnering agencies, you will help ensure a collaborative, client-centered approach to mitigating risk and building safety. Key Responsibilities
