About Us

We are a growing mechanical contracting company specializing in plumbing and HVAC systems for residential and commercial construction projects. We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team and help oversee projects from start to finish.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Richmond Hill. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage plumbing and HVAC construction projects from award through completion.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, subcontractors, builders, and clients.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and material deliveries.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of Project Management experience in the mechanical construction industry.
  • Experience with plumbing and HVAC projects is required.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with project management software is considered an asset.
