Description
What you can expect to be doing:
- Coordinating and managing survey research on time and on budget, working closely with other departments and suppliers.
- Handling all aspects of project management/coordination for ongoing tracking studies, including, but not limited to, sampling, fieldwork management, data processing, reporting, and client interaction.
- Maintaining and strengthening client relationships and developing understanding of their business issues.
- Analyzing and interpreting results; preparing client reports and presentations.
- Assist with expanding and enhancing current studies, as well as proposing new research to help meet our clients’ needs.
- Create and manage the necessary documentation of project requirements to ensure safety to the business and allow you to train others doing those tasks or involved in your project.

- Strong working proficiency with MS Office (specifically MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree level of education or higher, preferably in a related major such as marketing research, sociology, psychology, marketing, management, or science.
- At least 2 + years’ experience in the market research field including prior project and client management.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, if required.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 CAD dollars and $77,000 to $82,000 US dollars. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
