We are looking to add a Health & Safety Manager to workonsite on an important project coming up in Mississauga.
TheHealth & Safety Manager provides leadership and hands-on expertise to ensure the highest standards of health and safety performance on a complex construction project. This role works closely with Project Management, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives to drive compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Construction Projects Regulation, and project-specific requirements. The Health and Safety Manager plays a key role in mentoring site teams and promoting a proactive, safety-first culture across all trades.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $95,000 - $145,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity. Base salary is one component of EBC’s comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.
