Full-Time Overnight Call Centre Specialist

We An-Ser is looking for reliable and detail-focused Full-Time Overnight Call Centre Specialists to join our expanding team. In this crucial role, you will deliver friendly, professional, and high-quality assistance to a diverse range of clients, including medical practices, residential complexes, and corporate services. This is a fully in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Management: Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally, ensuring every caller receives a polite and welcoming experience.
Information Gathering: Accurately collect and pass along vital details, making sure all messages are thorough and precise.
Data Entry: Verify and input information carefully into our system so clients can trust their needs are documented correctly.

Qualifications:

A pleasant phone presence with a positive, professional tone.
Strong English communication skills, including sharp grammar and spelling.
Comfort working within a Windows-based operating system.
A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
A proven track record of excellent attendance.
Flexibility to work at least one weekend day.

Pay and Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $17/Hr
