What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through phone calls, networking, referrals, and door-to-door business visits.
- Contact potential clients and introduce our staffing services.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Present our staffing solutions professionally.
- Negotiate and secure new service agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure excellent client service.

- Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, CRM experience is an asset).
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, staffing, recruitment, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- New graduates and candidates with no sales experience are encouraged to apply if they are motivated, confident, quick learners, and committed to achieving results.
- Full sales training and ongoing coaching will be provided to the right candidate.
