Role Overview
We're seeking individuals with experience operating or assisting with extrusion equipment, plastics processing equipment, converting equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery.
As an Experienced Manufacturing Operator, you'll begin your career in either our Tape Line or Coating Department, working alongside experienced Operators while learning the technical skills required to operate extrusion and converting equipment independently.
Through a structured training program, successful candidates will develop the knowledge and skills needed to progress into a Production Operator role within approximately 12 months.
What You'll Do

Assist in operating and monitoring production equipment.
Learn machine setup, product changeovers, and production adjustments.
Monitor product quality and perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues with support from Operators and Supervisors.
Complete production and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Participate in a structured training program designed to develop Operator-level knowledge and skills.
Support production goals related to safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience operating or assisting with extrusion, plastics, converting, packaging, film, or similar industrial manufacturing equipment is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn complex manufacturing processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Career Progression
Successful candidates will begin training in an Assistant Operator capacity and work toward qualification as a Production Operator.
Shift Details

12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights), including weekends
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
