Change Management Lead – AI Transformation
Shape the future of AI transformation in the insurance sector through a high-impact hybrid contract. Contribute to enterprise-wide digital initiatives, support organizational change, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive the adoption of innovative solutions that deliver meaningful business results.

What is in it for you:
• Salaried: $50-60 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $60-70 per hour.
• 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
• Primarily remote, with on-site work in Toronto once every 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies for AI, digital, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and adoption activities across a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align on change impacts, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Monitor organizational readiness, adoption trends, stakeholder sentiment, and change saturation, recommending interventions where required.
• Establish success measures and reporting to evaluate adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Define adoption metrics, analyze usage and sentiment data, and adjust change strategies based on findings.
• Support leadership teams with communications, engagement, and reinforcement strategies that promote sustained behavioural change.
• Develop executive updates, presentations, and materials that communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Capture and share success stories, lessons learned, and best practices to strengthen enterprise adoption and continuous improvement.

What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, program management, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience leading change and adoption initiatives for AI, digital, technology, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption strategies, and change management practices, with the ability to drive behavioural change at scale.
• Systems-thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.
• Working knowledge of modern IT delivery processes, AI agent ecosystems, and emerging enterprise AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to analyze data, summarize insights, automate workflows, and enhance change management deliverables.
• Strong data analysis and insight-generation skills, including experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, identifying trends, and using tools such as Excel, dashboards, usage analytics, and sentiment analysis platforms.
• Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to build lightweight, repeatable processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and drive alignment across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to support transformation, change, and adoption initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate risks, and drive outcomes.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR is an asset.
• Experience supporting AI, data, digital transformation, innovation, or future-of-work initiatives is an asset.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries is an asset.
• Experience developing executive communications and thought leadership content is an asset.
• Familiarity with employee engagement platforms, collaboration tools, and digital communications channels is an asset.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset to support communications, stakeholder engagement, executive presentations, and change management initiatives across diverse teams and business partners.
