At Oakridge Landscape Contractors, great landscapes depend on strong teams and reliable people. As we continue to grow across Southern Ontario, we’re looking for an experienced Water Truck Driver to join our Hamilton operations team.

With over 30 years of award-winning experience in landscape construction and maintenance, Oakridge takes pride in delivering exceptional work while creating opportunities for our employees to grow and succeed.

What the Role Looks Like:This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting landscape operations through safe and efficient watering services across multiple job sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate standard and automatic transmission trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate water trucks to support landscape installation and maintenance projects.
• Water plants, trees, sod, and flower beds across various job sites.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and adherence to company safety standards.
• Work closely with landscape crews and supervisors to support project needs.
• Assist with additional site duties when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating water trucks is required.
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week during peak periods.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
