Porsche Centre Kelowna is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Service Department, technicians, and retail customers by ensuring the right parts are available when they're needed. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a premium ownership experience.

What You'll Do

Assist service advisors, technicians, and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders.

Identify and source automotive parts using electronic catalogues and manufacturer systems.

Process customer purchases, special orders, and warranty parts accurately.

Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.

Monitor stock levels and recommend inventory replenishment.

Ensure the parts department is organized, clean, and reflects the high standards of the Porsche brand.

Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through exceptional communication and service.

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive parts experience is required.

Previous dealership experience is considered a strong asset.

Experience working with a luxury automotive brand is a significant advantage.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computerized inventory and parts management systems.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
