Meridian is looking for Personal Support Workers to join our team to provide care to community residents.
We are hiring for full-time and part-time OVERNIGHT SHIFTS.
Shifts are 8 and 12 hrs and PSW's must be available between 8 PM or 10 PM to 8 AM

Duties May Include:

Provide personal care support (e.g., hygiene, grooming, mobility, toileting).
Assist clients with bedtime routines, repositioning, and overnight comfort.
Monitor client well-being and respond to needs throughout the night.
Support light household tasks related to client care (e.g., tidying, laundry).
Record and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
Follow individualized care plans and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Foster a supportive and respectful environment that promotes dignity and independence.

Requirements for the role include:

Vulnerable Sector check (within the past year)
Valid CPR and First Aid certificates
Copy of a recent 2 -step TB test
N95 mask fit certificate- COVID vaccine confirmation receipt (including booster)
PSW certificate
