Role overview

Were looking for a skilled Lead Hand to join our landscape maintenance team someone who can run a crew and step in when the Foremans away. If youve got solid experience, take pride in your work, and want to grow with a company that actually walks the talk, this might be for you.

What Youll Be Doing:

Leading a maintenance crew on regular routes (mowing, trimming, weeding, garden cleanups)
Filling in for the Foreman as needed managing sites, staying on schedule, and coordinating with the office
Training newer crew members and making sure the jobs done right
Reporting issues like irrigation breaks, plant problems, or extras that need quoting

What Were Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance
Youve led a crew or are ready to take that step
You take initiative, communicate well, and dont cut corners
Valid drivers license is required
