Take charge of our kitchen operations and lead by example
Craft creative, high-quality menus that wow our guests
Mentor and inspire a passionate team of cooks & kitchen staff
Keep food quality, presentation, and safety at the highest standard
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls with precision
Collaborate with leadership to design dishes that keep guests coming back

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant/pub
Strong leadership skills & the ability to build a positive kitchen culture
Solid knowledge of food safety, costing, and menu design
A creative flair and passion for culinary innovation
Food Handler Certification (required)
Willingness to relocate or commute to Ottawa, ON
