Job Description:The MDS Coordinator is a member of the Continuing Care Team who works closely to liaise, consult and support management related to Resident Assesment Instrument/Minimum Data Set

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Other Education and Training

Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
