Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $96.82 - $105.06 per visit.

What you will need to be successful

You have a Bachelor of Social Work or a Master of Social Work
You are a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
1 to 2 years of community experience is an asset
You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
You have ability to travel within the Hawkesbury community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
