Sheet Metal shipping assistant & production worker

Humble Manufacturing is an established, growing, precision sheet metal fabrication company seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator at their Burnaby facility, a 10-minute walk from Skytrain. Looking for a Metal Fabrication generalist and Shipping assistant to work on our day shift, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Work on metal fabrication equipment such as but limited to and assist with shipping and receiving when busy.
• Operate CNC sheet metal fabricating machinery including turret punch press.
• Insertion press.
• Grinders, sanders, drills, saws, and de-burring equipment.
• Cleaning etc.
• Count and wrap parts.
• Wrap skids.
• Basic inventory.

Desired Skills:

• Attention to detail and care for quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Desire to learn.
• Willingness to do what is required to meet our customer's needs.
