We're seeking an energetic, compassionate, and visionary Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a well-established Long-Term Care home in beautiful Athabasca, Alberta. What You'll Do

As Executive Director, you'll oversee every aspect of the home's operations while empowering your leadership team to deliver outstanding care and service.

You'll:

• Inspire and mentor an exceptional multidisciplinary leadership team.
• Foster a culture where residents come first and employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.
• Champion excellence in quality of care, resident satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
• Lead strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure long-term success.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, physicians, community partners, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Drive employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with provincial legislation, accreditation standards, infection prevention and control practices, and organizational policies.
• Lead with confidence through change while continually looking for opportunities to innovate and improve.

What You Bring

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BScN).
• Progressive leadership experience within Long-Term Care, Seniors Living, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and complex healthcare environments.
• Strong operational, financial, and strategic leadership abilities.
• A collaborative leadership style with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for developing people, strengthening culture, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
• Experience with budgeting, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance.

A Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is considered an asset.
