3PL Inc. is currently recruiting Production Operators for a leading automotive manufacturer in Burlington, Ontario.

This is a full-time contract opportunity through approximately February 2027, offering consistent hours, competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, and multiple shift options.

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting wage: $19.40/hour
  • Shift premiums up to $4.00/hour
  • Earn up to $23.40/hour
  • Weekly pay by direct deposit

Available Shifts

8-Hour Shifts

  • Days: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Afternoons: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Midnights: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

12-Hour Continental Shifts

  • Shift 1: Monday–Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Thursday | 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Shift 2: Monday–Wednesday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Thursday | 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Shift 3: Thursday | 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM • Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Shift 4: Friday | 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM • Friday–Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Applicants must be available to work the complete schedule for their assigned shift.

What You'll Do

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor machinery and maintain production flow
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks
  • Measure and inspect parts using gauges and inspection tools
  • Follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures
  • Record production and inspection information accurately
  • Report equipment issues promptly
  • Assist with machine changeovers and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work collaboratively to meet production and quality targets

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Machine operating experience is an asset
  • CNC experience is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable standing and performing repetitive work throughout the shift
  • Reliable with excellent attendance
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
