They are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Director of Operations to take the helm of their day-to-day operations and drive the clinic’s growth and patient satisfaction to new heights.
Position Overview
Our client is not looking for a "clock puncher" or someone who operates strictly within a 9-to-5 mindset. We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded leader with extremely high initiative who will do whatever it takes to ensure the business thrives and patients receive unparalleled care. You will oversee all aspects of the company—from facility maintenance and reception to high-level HR, marketing strategy, and innovative AI integrations.
Because patient care is our client’s highest priority, absolute reliability is a must. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel to the office at any time when urgently required for a patient.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Patient Care
- Direct and manage all day-to-day operations of the clinic, maintaining comprehensive oversight of reception, facility maintenance, and patient workflows.
- Champion patient care and satisfaction, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the organization's high standards.
- Demonstrate unwavering reliability, including being available to come into the office outside of regular hours when patient needs dictate.
Business Strategy & Marketing
- Bring a strong, business-minded approach to operations, aligning daily activities with long-term strategic goals.
- Contribute to and execute marketing and growth strategies to expand the clinic's reach and impact.
- Construct, implement, and enforce strong internal policies to optimize operational efficiency and compliance.
AI & Technology Innovation
- Design, test, and implement customized AI workflows specifically aimed at elevating customer care and streamlining administrative bottlenecks.
- Leverage technology to keep the clinic at the forefront of modern patient management.
Human Resources & Leadership
- Act as a definitive leader within the organization, guiding and mentoring staff to achieve their best.
- Develop and execute effective HR strategies focusing on recruiting, hiring, and retaining top-tier, quality talent.
- Foster a workplace culture that mirrors the organization’s values of wellness, meaning, and fulfillment.

Compensation & Perks
