ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a medical device manufacturer-distributor located in the GTA, working closely with hospitals to deliver solutions that support patient care across acute and critical care environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and grow relationships within hospital systems in the London and Kitchener-Waterloo areas.
- Identify unmet needs and position solutions that improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
- Maintain a consistent presence in hospitals through regular in-person engagement.
- Support clinicians with product knowledge, training, and ongoing service.
- Manage a diverse product portfolio across multiple departments (Emergency, ICU, NICU, Oncology) and use cases.
RequirementsWHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFERSEducation & Training
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Science, Business, or Healthcare preferred)
Work Experience & Accomplishments
- 2+ years of experience in acute care medical device sales.
- Experience navigating multiple departments within the London and Kitchener hospital environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Naturally comfortable engaging with clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a complex product portfolio across multiple call points.
- Organized and disciplined with territory planning and CRM usage.
- Confident communicator who can handle both clinical and business conversations.
