Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Administrator to join our growing Projects team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Reporting to the Lead Project Administrator, the Project Administrator will provide advanced word processing and document formatting support across all projects and studies, consistently ensuring high quality deliverables in line with our Company approved policy and procedures. Provide key administrative support to the Projects team and various other departments allowing for greater flexibility to meet deadlines and improve outcomes.

The tasks you'll perform

• Establish and maintain working relationships with Management, Clients and team members to ensure delivery of high quality of services.
• Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
• Preparing and formatting project related documents, minutes of meetings and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work directly with project teams and Project Managers to update monthly project reports, ensuring client issue deadlines are met.
• Compile and edit complex technical documents with a strong focus on formatting, presentation, accuracy, and adherence to spelling and grammar standards within time constraints.
• Provide support to the Projects team as required, or as directed by Management / Project Directors / Managers.
• Organize and coordinate monthly project and study review meetings.
• Attending assigned weekly / monthly project meetings as required.

The expertise you'll bring

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and PDF-XChange Editor.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy and professionalism.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple business units.
• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with clients, vendors, co-workers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working with people at all levels within the organization and with external providers.
• Proactive in seeking and incorporating guidance and feedback from subject matter experts.
• Demonstrates integrity, credibility, and strong personal commitment.

The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000. This range is based on the role’s job family and level and reflects a good faith estimate for the role at the time of posting. Your final offer will depend on factors such as market conditions, internal equity and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
