What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with prospective clients while guiding them through the enrollment process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients virtually by Zoom or phone
• Learning about each client's needs and recommending appropriate benefit solutions
• Explaining available products and services in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
• Assisting clients with enrollment and required documentation
• Following up with clients as needed
• Keeping accurate records of client interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and coaching sessions
