Beo Contracting is a fast-growing construction company on South Vancouver Island and we're hiring now. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a young, expanding company — the right person won't just fill a role, they'll grow into one.

What You'll Do

Load and unload materials
Read and interpret shop drawings
Assemble hardware and drill holes with a Hole Hawg
Install hold-downs and tie-downs
Maintain clean, organized worksites

What We're Looking For

Legally able to work in Canada
Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable vehicle
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean criminal record
Construction experience preferred (2+ years an asset)
Experience with Mitek, Simpson, or Earthbound systems is a strong advantage
Hole Hawg experience is a plus
English required

What We Offer

$23–$30/hour depending on experience
