We are seeking a mechanically-inclined Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance or repair of car wash and water treatment equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Installation & Repair: Set up and maintain automatic (friction/touchless) and self-serve car wash equipment.
System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components to ensure peak equipment performance.
Water & Chemical Management: Service water treatment and chemical dispensing equipment.
Customer Support: Provide professional on-site service and maintain clear communication with clients regarding equipment status.
Safety & Maintenance: Operate hand and power tools safely while maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle.

Requirements:

License: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
Availability: Ability to work full-time hours with reliability and punctuality.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Troubleshooting Skils
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability: Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Customer Service: A friendly, professional attitude when interacting with site managers and owners.
