Position Overview
We are hiring aFull-time Back of House (BOH) Supervisor to join our leadership team. The BOH Supervisor is a hands-on leader who oversees shift execution, guides kitchen operations, supports team development, and helps uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards of quality, food safety, and cleanliness.
This role combines operational responsibility with people leadership. Candidates must be comfortable owning shift outcomes, coaching team members while working alongside them during peak hours, and supporting decision-making in the absence of senior management.
