Server

We are seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team at Gia Restaurant. We are a casual fine dining Italian restaurant dedicated to delivering warm, high-quality vegetarian dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare cocktails, wine, and other beverages according to menu standards
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu, wine pairings, and daily specials
• Guide guests through their meal, accommodating dietary preferences and special requests
• Keep bar and dining areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Prior server and bartender experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
