We are currently hiring competent and reliable Skilled Labourers for a fast-paced wood flooring and lumber production environment. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and are eager to be part of a supportive and motivating team.

Responsibilities

Assist with woodworking and flooring production processes
Support material preparation tasks
Operate power tools and production equipment safely
Measure and cut materials accurately using measuring tools
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop
Follow production and safety procedures consistently
Must be able to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
Able to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs safely

Qualifications

Must be able to safely use power tools
Must be able to use and read a measuring tape accurately
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and character
Forklift certification considered an asset
Previous experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or industrial production environments considered an asset
Positive attitude
