Role overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and handling customer pick-ups
  • Answering customer questions regarding products
  • Assisting with quality-related activities as needed
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Managing incoming calls and front desk responsibilities ( ** phone calls are handled by the Customer Service Department. )

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: Approximately $20.00/hour (depending on experience)
